Neotrope does not have any full-time staff, instead our company operates as a "virtual agency." We assign specific portions of an overall project to an appropriate "team member" from our pool of talent. Because our staff is de-centralized, our team members can be located anywhere. Travel to our offices is not required, but we prefer U.S.-based creative folks due to taxes and other issues with copyrights.
Neotrope is a privately-held company, based in Southern California.
